Manga Monday: Shaman King Osorezan Revoir

Image
Hi all! It's been a while since I've written about a manga. I've been doing a lot of video reviews lately, but I still enjoy writing, it's just I don't seem to have enough time for both... most of the time. But today, I really wanted to talk about the Shaman King Osorezan Revoir Arc, because it is one of my favorite arcs in manga of all time. Therefore, I wanted to get my thoughts out in as many ways as I could! So, without further ordo, let's talk about this beautiful arc.   Osorezan Revoir Arc  The Osorezan Revoir Arc tells the story of when Anna and Yoh first met, and it gives us so much more context to some motivation behind Yoh and more story on why Anna is so OP.  Our story starts right after Yoh gives up being the Shaman King in order to save Ren, who has died. The Iron Maiden says she can resurrect Ren only if Yoh gives up being in the Shaman Tournament. He agrees and he starts saying sorry to everyone who he ever made a promise too, and as his oracle h...

Rainy Travel: Mexico

Image
Hi Everyone! It's been a while since I've written, just been busy with work and stuff and my Mexico trip!  Mexico was on my bucket list of countries to go to, but was never near the top. The pandemic gave us little options of outside country travels, plus my good friend was going over to celebrate life so, we had to go. Here's my experience in Cancun, Mexico! The Stay We stayed at the El Dorado Royale , a beautiful resort in the Riviera Maya section of Cancun. If you know me, I'm not really a resort person, but I was glad David and I stayed here during our venture. One, because of safety reasons and two, it was a fabulous place! There were so many things to do and taste around the resort. Our room had direct access to our own section of the pool. And if we wanted to go to the beach, it was only about 20 feet away from us. There were also some top notch shows that rotated out every night, so you were always experiencing something. The staff was helpful and the food was ...

Book Review: The Truth About Magic

Image
Hey everyone! I'm back with another review for you. Little update, still waiting for my book cover to be finished so I can finally release my second book. I also am feeling like I should get back into creating my emails. It's been a while, but I guess better late than never? Anyways, onto the review! A little bit about the author Atticus is a writer, traveler , and an ametur winemaker. He writes beautiful poetry, and his words make you feel like you are not alone. Other than this, I don't know much about him. He gives us glimpses into his life with his words, but he does keep himself private, which I respect. Although, he does have this older interview that you can read.   Review Beautiful. Atticus has a true way with words. The way he writes captures the reader's emotions from the present or the distant past and reminds you of everything you ever felt.  "Travel and love are worth the sacrifice for a life without them is a life unexplored. " The Truth Abou...
